We are delighted to celebrate a fantastic milestone, as seven of our trainees have graduated from university following the successful completion of their higher education studies.
At Renaker, we fund higher education for colleagues, supporting them to achieve industry qualifications alongside valuable, hands-on experience across our live projects.
This year’s graduates demonstrated real commitment and dedication, successfully balancing academic study with practical development on site.

• Dorrell Worgan, Isaac Lyons and Rocco Quiligotti – BSc (Hons) Quantity Surveying, University of Salford

Their achievements reflect not only academic success, but also the effort, discipline and perseverance shown throughout their journey with us.
Following the success of this year’s graduates, we continue to support a further 18 colleagues currently undertaking higher education*.
We would also like to thank Helena Kirkpatrick, HR & Learning Development Manager, and our wider site teams for their continued support in developing our early careers talent.
